About Us

The thought of pulling off any event can seem so stressful, but it doesn't have to be. When you're working with the right people, we take the weight off your shoulders and most importantly free you to focus on just celebrating with your family and friends.

My name is Vickie Maldonado and my background and experience are from my career in administration for over 20 years. I began as an Administrative Assistant, moved into Executive Administration, and currently am the Business Ministry Chief of Staff at my church in Bradenton, Florida. I love event planning, designing, and coordinating. I’ve planned all types of events- weddings, Sweet 16, Quinceañeras, bridal showers, retirement parties, birthday parties, baby showers, and everything in between!

I must have been around 15 years old when my dad gave me this piece of advice, “Vickie, when you serve someone, do it as if you are doing it for Jesus, then, it'll be easy to flow from a place of love and care.” You know what, he was right. That became my filter for life, and now years later, is the seal for my business.

Meet the Team

Alexis Garza

Alexis is my assistant Wedding Day-of Coordinator and she is crossed- trained in all aspects of events. She helps prep and set up/tear down and makes sure your special day flows naturally and smoothly. She’s been on the team for the last 3 years and counting!

Dianna Garza

Dianna takes care of all of your linens- any color or style you need, we have you covered. Over the years, she has continually added inventory based on your needs and vision. She’s been helping me since before my business even started! 6 years and counting!

Rosa Ramirez

Rosa and her husband help us create your jumbo light up letters and numbers, backdrops, custom printing, such as, banners, centerpieces, invitations, and props. She has been on the team for 5 years and counting!

Rebeca Huron

Rebeca is the newest member of our team starting in 2025. She’s an assistant Wedding Day-of Coordinator and is being mentored to become a Lead Coordinator.
